I just treat Google Drive like a file server – I copy files from and to it, and I never let Google synchronize anything. But I never use the "make available offline" option. You are using the same "stream files" option as I use. Copy(download) stuff you need to local drives and then copy(upload) files back onto Drive for your client.ĮDIT: Sorry, the way I put it is confusing I realize.
